Chicken Roll is a popular north Indian recipe made with rolled paratha, chicken tikka, salads, and sauces. It has a yummy and fresh flavour, mostly served as evening snacks or appetizer. For Roll:
Purpose flour - 2 cups
Edible oil - 1 teaspoon
Salt - As per taste
Flour - 1/4 cup (optional)
Ajwain - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Crushed sugar - 1-2 teaspoon (optional)
For Chicken:
Chicken - 250 grams
Ginger paste - 2 teaspoon
Garlic paste - 2 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds - 1 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Tomato - 1 medium size
Green chilli chopped - 3/4 pieces
Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Food color(orange) - 1 pinch
Carrot chopped - optional
Lemon juice - few drops
For Preparation:
Onion sliced - 1 medium size
Cucumber sliced - 1 medium size
Lemon juice - 2-3 teaspoon
Tomato sauce - As per taste
Mayoni - As per taste
