Aloo Bonda Recipe is one of the most popular south Indian tea time snack and street food, liked by all age groups in any family. It is very quick and easy to make and can be served with tomato sauce and green chutney. It is prepared using boiled potatoes, gram flour, onion and available spices at your home. To make it first boiled potatoes are seasoned and spiced then dipped in gram flour and deep fried to golden color. Potato boiled - 3 medium size
Gram flour(Besan) - 50 grams
Onion chopped - 1 small size
Coriander leaves chopped - some of
Green chilli chopped- 2 pieces
Ginger chopped - 1 teaspoon
Organo - 1 teaspoon
Baking soda - 2 pinch
Red chilli powder - 1 pinch
Turmeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Ajwain - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
Edible oil - for deep fry
Salt - as per taste
