Gulab meaning rose and Jamun meaning berry makes for gulab jamun as a berry-sized ball drunken in rose flavoured sugar syrup. There are multiple alternative ways to make gulab jamun like milk powder etc. It is one of the simple and easy dessert recipes that you can make with easily available ingredients at home. It can be served hot with ice-cream or just a stand-alone recipe. Here is my recipe made using khoya so please try and share your comments.

Khoya - 100 grams
Sugar - 200 grams
Salt - 2 pinch
Baking powder - 1 pinch
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Green cardamom powder - 2 pinch
Kewara - 1/2 teaspoon
Melon seeds - 2 teaspoon
Dry fruits - as per need
